The Hans Sternbach Vineyard is worth a visit. The close proximity of vineyard and winery, the belief in terroir, the adherence to traditional wine making, avoiding the use of the manipulations of the “food industry”, make us one of the few wineries in Israel, truly belongin to the old wine world.

Wine tours

For 30 years Gadi Sternbach had been busy planning, organizing, guiding and cooking for tours.

When available, Gadi can organize and guide tours with an emphasis on wine, vineyards, wineries, terroir (geology, soil, climate), archeology of wine, wine in Jewish tradition and the country’s many other culinary aspects.

The exact route, the number of participants, the duration of the tour and its price will be determined in each case individually.
