
The white Hakhlil valley 2017 is made from all the Viognier crop (around 2/3 of the wine) and half of the Roussanne crop (around 1/3 of the wine). In the beginning of August were harvested by hand around 800 kg per duman.
The juice was extracted and clarified as much as possible, and fermented slowly in a low temperature using only the wild yeast that were on the grapes, without adding yeast culture. The wine is unoaked.
The result is a fine and fruity wine, crisp and with a light body.

In the second week of August were harvested by hand around 1,200 kg per duman. The grapes were crushed into juice, that was extracted and clarified as much as possible, and fermented slowly in a low temperature using only the wild yeast that were on the grapes, without adding yeast culture. The wine underwent hot and cold stabilization, clarification and filtration. In the beginning of January 2016 the wine was bottled.
The result is a fine and fruity wine, crisp and with a light body. The wine will be ready to drink in February 2017.

The white Socho valley 2016 (off-dry) is made from all the Viognier crop (2/3 of the wine) and half of the Roussanne crop from Janaba vineyard (1/3). In the second week of August were harvested by hand around 1200 kg. per dunam. The grapes were crushed into juice, that was extracted and clarified as much as possible and fermented slowly in a low temperature using only the wild yeast on the grapes, without adding yeast culture. The wine underwent hot and cold stabilization, clarification, filtration and was bottled in the beginning of February 2017. The result is a fine, fruity, light bodied and crisp wine. The wine will be ready to drink in February 2017 .

The wine underwent hot and cold stabilization, clarification and filtration. In the beginning of January 2016 the wine was bottled. The result is a fine and fruity wine, crisp and with a light body. The wine will be ready to drink in February 2016.

The white Hakhlil valley 2014, in 2010 the second plot of Janaba vineyard was planted. Around 13 dunam adjacent to the Janaba vineyard in the Hacklil valley. In two thirds of the plot ware planted Syrah grapes. In the remaining third three smaller sections of 1.5 dunam of white grape verities Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Roussanne. The wine is made made from all the second crop of the white verities, and is compiled from 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Roussanne and 20% Viognier. In the end of July and in the first half of August were harvested by hand around 500 kg. per dunam. The grapes were crushed into juice, that was extracted are clarified as much as possibl, and fermented slowly in a low temperature. The wine underwent cold stabilization, clarification, filtration and bottling. The result is a fine, fruity light bodies and crisp wine. The wine will be ready to drink in November 2014.
