Janaba White

The Janaba white 2017 is made from the white sauvignon crop from the Janba vineyard. In the first week of August were harvested by hand around 1,100 kg per dunam.

The grapes were crushed into juice, that was extracted and clarified as much as possible, and fermented slowly in a low temperature using only the wild yeast that were on the grapes, without adding yeast culture.

The wine wasn’t matured in barriques.

The result is a crisp and complex wine, with a light body and rich with grassy and citrus aromas.
