
The Janaba white 2017 is made from the white sauvignon crop from the Janba vineyard. In the first week of August were harvested by hand around 1,100 kg per dunam.
The grapes were crushed into juice, that was extracted and clarified as much as possible, and fermented slowly in a low temperature using only the wild yeast that were on the grapes, without adding yeast culture.
The wine wasn’t matured in barriques.
The result is a crisp and complex wine, with a light body and rich with grassy and citrus aromas.

The Janaba white 2015 is made from the white sauvignon crop from the Janba vineyard. In the second week of August were harvested by hand around 1,200 kg per dunam. The grapes were crushed into juice, that was extracted and clarified as much as possible, and fermented slowly in a low temperature using only the wild yeast that were on the grapes, without adding yeast culture. The wine underwent hot and cold stabilization, clarification and filtration. In the beginning of January 2016 the wine was bottled. The result is a crisp and complex wine, with a light body and rich with grassy and citrus aromas. The wine will be ready to drink in February 2016.
